VP Medical Packaging provides sophisticated packaging solutions. Our sterile barrier systems and packaging solutions for medical device manufacturers and the pharmaceutical industry combine safe and functional packaging systems with high productivity. From the choice of materials to the production run on our customer`s machine: we develop the ideal packaging solution for your products. We offer standard see-through pouches and reels made of paper and film, non-woven and film, DuPontTM TyvekⓇ and film, as well as a wide range of high-quality and innovative coating technologies. The requirements of national and international standards and laws for medical devices form the basis for the development and manufacturing of our products. Our production according to ISO 13485 is carried out solely under defined clean room conditions class 7 and 8.

VP Medical Packaging provides sophisticated packaging solutions for medical device industry. Our sterile barrier systems and packaging solutions combine safe, functional packaging systems with high productivity. We offer see-through poches and reels made in combination of film with paper, non-woven or DuPontTM TyvekⓇ, materials for form fill seal packaging and flat packaging. Furthermore we are experts for coating and printing. We offer a large variety of coatings (fully, frame or grid coated) for medical paper and DuPontTM TyvekⓇ. We print medical papers, non-woven materials and DuPontTM TyvekⓇ in high quality up to 6 colours.
The production of VP Medical Packaging according to ISO 13485 is carried out solely under defined clean room conditions class 7 and 8 and GMP guidelines. From the choice of materials to the production run: we will help you to find the best possible packaging solution for your applications of medical devices.
Grid coated paper
Our modular concept includes medical grade paper 60 / 80 / 100 g/m² and grid coating 6 / 11 g/m²
Features: solvent free, seals to soft and rigid films and PE based sealing layers, optimised heat sealing characteristics, excellent breathability, smooth and fibre-free peelability
Sterilisation methods: EO, irradiation
